Jack P. Griffin
Jack was born in 1909 and  was killed in an automobile accident on June 16th 1934
St. Louis County Deputy Constables had full police powers within St. Louis County, however, their main responsibility was to process and serve notices issued by the magistrate court of their township.

These two badges belonged to the late Gilbert E. Poertner of Hollow, Mo. (now part of Wildwood, Mo.).
